Honey Brown Chicken
- 1 bottle Big Rock Honey Brown Lager
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup HP sauce, regular
Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup of Honey Brown Lager for 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Place chicken in roasting pan with water; cook until half done, approximately 20 minutes; drain water from pan.
In microwave-safe bowl, add mustard, honey, HP sauce, and remaining Honey Brown Lager. Whisk until smooth. Heat in microwave on high heat until liquid comes to a boil. Whisk mixture again; pour over chicken in a roasting pan; baste until chicken is coated.
Finish cooking in oven for 15 minutes. Be sure to turn chicken at least once and baste with drippings in pan.
