Grasshopper Coconut Beer Battered Shrimp
- 6 ounces Grasshopper Wheat Ale
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 8 ounces coconut, shredded
- 15 to 20 large shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- Canola oil
In a large bowl, mix together beer, eggs, milk and flour.
Dredge the shrimp through this batter, then dip it in a second time.
Roll in coconut.
Deep fry until golden brown.
